How to Reach the Burj Khalifa by Public Transport

Getting to the Burj Khalifa is a smooth journey, thanks to Dubai’s excellent public transport system. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, navigating your way to this iconic tower is part of the fun!

By Metro

The Dubai Metro offers a easy access to the Burj Khalifa. Hop on the Red Line and get off at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station. From there, it’s just a short walk through the air-conditioned Metro Link Bridge which directly connects to the Dubai Mall. You’ll enjoy scenic views of Downtown Dubai along the way, and before you know it, you’ll be stepping right into the heart of the action.

By Bus

If you prefer travelling by bus, the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has several routes stopping at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. Buses 27, 28, 29, and D03 will all get you there comfortably. Once you alight, it’s just a short stroll to the entrance of the Burj Khalifa, with plenty of signs guiding you to your spectacular destination.

By Taxi

Taxis are another convenient option for reaching the Burj Khalifa. Available throughout the city, Dubai’s taxis are metered, comfortable, and generally affordable. You can hail a taxi from the street or book one through various mobile apps like Careem and Uber. Just let the driver know you want to visit the Burj Khalifa, and they will drop you right to the entrance of the Dubai Mall, which is directly connected to the tower.
